Padre Hurtado Hospital is the main clinical campus of the Clínica Alemana-Universidad del Desarrollo School of Medicine. The teaching-care agreement includes its network of doctors’ offices located in the municipalities of San Ramón, La Granja and La Pintana.The Chilean-German Charity Association funded the construction of three teaching modules with a constructed area exceeding 4,500 m2 of classrooms, auditoriums and clinical simulation laboratories for the theoretical preparation of the School’s students. The buildings are also equipped to assist hospital patients on an outpatient basis in direct coordination with the Health Care Referral Center (CRS).
