In this interesting COIL course, the goal was to present a proposal for strengthening the internal communications of Chilean and Colombian companies.
The objectives focused on:
a. Promoting the development of intercultural skills among UDD students in Chile and UdB students in Colombia.
b. Offering pedagogical experiences to strengthen students’ soft skills.
c. Generating a proposal that provides valuable elements for Chilean and Colombian companies to strengthen their internal communication.
